This laparoscopic image was captured during an appendicectomy. This is a view of the left inguinal region.
1.What is the abnormality shown?
A left sided indirect inguinal hernia.2.What would you do at laparoscopy?
Take a photo. Do nothing more if the patient is asymptomatic. Inform the patient.3.What is the structure running medially and inferiorly?
