Case 183: Post operative pain
A 46 year old man underwent a laparoscopic antireflux operation. He was discharged well but presented to the emergency department 5 days post op with severe right sided and epigastric abdominal pain. He was afebrile, not tachycardic and his abdomen was soft and non-tender.
